Public organization "Sayokhat" was registered in February 2004 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan (№ 1307) and re-registered on November 27, 2007 (№ 330A) by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The mission of the organization is to protect women's rights and freedoms, reduce poverty and raise the level of culture, science and education among the population of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The PO “Saiyokhat” works with such organizations as UNDP, OSCE, JICA and IOM. With the support of UNDP, the program "Rule of law and access to justice" was implemented, the project "Life without violence - improving legal education of women from vulnerable groups" was implemented in six districts of Khatlon region: Yovon, Vos'e, Dusti, Jaihun, J. Balkhi and Kulob.
“Sayohat” is a member of networks such as: "Rule of Law and Access to Justice", "From Legal to Factual Equality", "Central Asian Network on Countering and Preventing Violent Extremism".
PO "Sayohat" has highly qualified specialists and experienced trainers who successfully promote the activities of the organization and develop modules of training or seminars.
