Public organization "Sapeda" is registered in the Justice Department of Khatlon region of the Republic of Tajikistan on 27 December 2007.
Mission: realization and protection of civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights and freedoms of women, youth, and other vulnerable groups of the population; development of their activities and initiatives; health protection; cultural, educational, health-improving activities; support of initiatives to improve social and economic conditions of families; protection of the environment.
About: PO "Sapeda" was established by a group of women from Kolkhozabad, Panj, Kumsangir, and Jilikul districts to address women's issues in April 2000. Re-registered on 27 December 2007, Certificate Nº 129A.
Programs: training in business skills, marketing, and work with office documents; computer literacy etc. The center provides training on the development of civil society, family planning, reproductive health, prevention of extremism among young people; and human rights.
