Public Organization "SAFI" was registered on March 7, 2017. Re-registered on March 28, 2022, in the Department of Justice of Khujand, Republic of Tajikistan.
Activity of the organization is spread over Sughd region (Khujand, B.Gafurov, Buston, Guliston, Mastchoh, Spitamen, Istaravshan, Devashtich, Istiqlol, Panjakent, Ayni, Asht, Zafarobod, Isfara, Konibodom, Shahriston, Maschohi Kuhi).
Mission of the organization: Providing comprehensive assistance in social and economic issues of the population especially women and girls, promoting awareness and access to quality services in education, health care, social protection and reproductive health, organizing and promoting charitable programs and projects to support the citizens of Tajikistan.
The organization's target groups are women and girls from vulnerable groups, people living with HIV/AIDS, migrants and their families.
The organization has a Centre for Support and Social Adaptation of Vulnerable Women, which provides psychological and legal advice, training in professional skills and self-realization.
NGO "SAFI" closely cooperates with such donor organizations as: UNFPA, UNDP, USAID, Project HOPE, PSI, Fund for Operational Assistance to Key Populations of EECA countries, Regional Health Department of Sughd region, Committee for Family and Women Affairs Regional Migration Service, etc.
