Dear colleagues!

The Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan expresses gratitude to all those who submitted their proposals to improve the draft Strategy for the Prevention of Extremism and Terrorism in the Republic of Tajikistan and the Action Plan for its implementation, contributing to its improvement and compliance with international standards.
More than 30 state ministries and departments, executive bodies of state power of GBAO, Sughd and Khatlon regions, cities and districts of republican subordination, in total, the administrations of 45 cities and districts, submitted their proposals on this important issue within the established deadlines.
At the same time, the following development partners and organizations paid attention to the issue of preventing extremism and terrorism and submitted their proposals, including:
- UN Office of Counter-Terrorism in New York;
- UN Counter-Terrorism Center in Ashgabat;
- International Organization for Migration;
- UN Office for Women;
- UN Development Program;
- Secretariat of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Vienna;
- OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR);
- Regional Program for the Prevention of Violent Extremism in Central Asia (PREVECA, GIZ);
- NGO "Civic Education";
- NGO "Eurasian Foundation Tajikistan-Central Asia",
- NGO "Tahlil".
Taking into account the proposals made and their revision, the draft Strategy and Action Plan will be presented additionally.
